Turtle Island Communications (TICOM) was established to provide telecommunication technology solutions to Indian Tribes, and private enterprises, that are value-added, cost-effective, and revenue generating.

TICOM is organized as a "S" Corporation and is incorporated in the state of Minnesota. The company's primary focus is to develop strategic partnerships to enhance Indian Country's telecommunication infrastructure and maximize tribal ownership opportunities that are essential to stimulate economic growth and micro-business entrepreneurship.

Our strategy is to take advantage of advanced telecommunications products and services that provide technology solutions to enable tribal participation in the global knowledge based economy. The Company is headquartered in Minnesota.
